SIBO: The Answer to Your IBS

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that causes abdominal pain, cramping, gas, bloating, constipation/diarrhea or both.
There is no definitive reason why we may have this disorder, however research has shown the top 4 reasons are:

  1. Food intolerance
